2. Scope and purposes of data processing
Your data may be processed in the following situations:
a) Contact via form or e-mail
We process data such as:
- first name,
- last name (optional),
- email address,
- phone number (if provided),
- message content.
Purpose: to respond, communicate, and handle business inquiries.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – our legitimate interest in corresponding with individuals interested in MJJA services.
b) Arrangements and correspondence in the course of cooperation
If we proceed to working discussions, the data may also be processed for the purpose of preparing a quote, needs analysis or project.
c) Server logs and site security
Hosting automatically saves:
- IP address
- date and time of visit
- browser and system information.
Purpose: ensuring the website’s security and proper operation.
Basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
d) Cookies
The website uses cookies to:
- proper functioning (necessary),
- statistical analysis (if the user consents),
